Top new country group Gloriana is gearing up to release their debut album August 4th on Emblem Music Group/Warner Bros. Records. I had the chance to review the new album and all I can say is that they are going to shoot up the charts like a skyrocket. There are quite a few songs that should go to number one and give them their first number one album. The diversity in the album is incredible, from fast pace dance to deep love and loss songs.

The next single off the album will be “ How Far Do You Wanna Go” is upbeat, fast and fun depicting leaving small town with a true love. This song should shoot right to the top quickly and become they’re next number one single.

“Wild At Heart” is their first number one single that brought them front and center in country music, this song is fun and exciting and pure, there really is no other way to explain it. The way this group is going, it will be along time before they touch the ground. They are flying high and opening to sold out crowds for Taylor Swifts’ “Fearless” Tour and getting rave reviews on their shows. This album is incredible, most of the songs where picked from a writing workshop where the wrote 60 songs in two days. They spent the better part of two weeks behind locked doors turning them into their own style and sound. Which is amazing how fast they put it all together, then again that is the way it has gone for them since this dream has become a reality.

As you listen to this album you ask yourself where have they been. They have a sound that is unmatched with four incredible singers who’s harmonies are so well matched, its almost like they where meant to meet and form the band Gloriana.

Gloriana is the freshest, purest musical group to hit Nashville in quite sometime. Their freshness and purity is going to be a major boost for country music. They have four different sounds to which they can really mix up their sound and lyrics and they can write their own music as well as record other writer’s music with ease. Giving their music a signature sound, in Cheyenne’s own words “ they are still trying to find themselves and their own sound”(see Interview).

I recommend that country fans all over buy, download or just listen on line to this album and they will be happy they did. Gloriana is coming and bringing the fun with them.
