Country Represents at the Grammy Awards

Congratulations to all the Grammy Award Winners from the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards. We are proud of the country stars that took home awards this year and represented country music in the style and elegance it richly deserves. The following are this years Grammy Award Winners:
Album of the Year – “Fearless” – Taylor Swift
Best New Artist – Zac Brown Band
Best Female Country Vocal Performance – “White Horse” – Taylor Swift
Best Male Country Vocal Performance – “Sweet Thing” – Keith Urban
Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals – “I Run to You” – Lady Antebellum
Best Country Collaboration with Vocals – “I Told You So” – Carrie Underwood and Randy Travis

On his Grammy Award for Best Country Collaboration With Vocals on “I Told You So” with Carrie Underwood:”This is the first time that I was not able to be on hand to accept a Grammy,” said Randy Travis. “If it wasn’t for the weather I would have thanked all the people who voted for us. A BIG thank you to Carrie for asking me to be part of this recording. She is an amazing talent and I am honored to win this with her.”

Randy was stuck at home in Santa Fe, New Mexico due to the inclement weather. This is his third GRAMMY win.
